• each piece is made-to-order. depending on the demand, it may take up to 3-6 weeks for us to make & ship your order.
• we are currently only shipping within the U.S.
• for those in the greater seattle area, we can arrange local pickup. here’s how:
• select local delivery at checkout
• we will send you an email to arrange a location, date, and time for pickup

• we recommend up to 5-10lbs weight capacity for any of our bags
• avoid sharp edges/objects
• do not machine wash or dry
• use a damp cloth to clean

do not hesitate to reach out if your bag needs some extra loving.
